The Kendall Moore Show Thursday and Friday 7pm - 10pm Kendall D. Moore was one of the youngest director’s for the city of Chicago’s health department, where he assisted in the development and implementation of a city-wide system that involved providing re-entry services to recently released and former inmates. Kendall’s experience has leaded him all over the US and other parts of the world including, but not limited to, South Africa where he spent time traveling abroad. Kendall has presented at some of the most prestigious institutions in America including Emory University in Atlanta, the National Minority AIDS Council in Washington D.C., Centerforce in California, and Rikers Island in New York. With that, and much more that could be added, Kendall has returned to his true roots in TV and Radio. Kendall started as a disc jockey back in the 1980’s as one of the youngest DJ’s to ever mix records for a major radio station. He continued on in his radio career at Western Illinois University for 89.3 WIUS College radio as an on-air personality where he dominated the college circuit with his quick wit, mannish style, and nose for up and coming talent. Kendall continues to be one of the hottest and most sought after up and coming talents on the TV and radio airwaves. He has served as TV host on Chicago’s CAN TV programs, with upcoming shows scheduled for latter this year. He was also a radio personality for another major Chicago station prior to him joining the WVON team. Kendall is to be the voice of the next generation of WVON listeners of African-American politicians, community activists, entrepreneurs and entertainers. |
