Zondra is one of Chicago's most influential media personalities and champion of women's issues; she's spent more than 10 years reporting on relationships for Ebony, N'Digo, and she is now the national Deputy Editor of Rolling Out magazine. Hughes is also the creator of The Six Brown Chicks, (www.sixbrownchicks.com) a daily relationship blog and companion webisode that airs on WCIU.com. In addition, Zondra is a Social News blogger for The Huffington Post and contributor for Yahoo! Voices. Hughes made her literary debut on the outrageous and over-the-top Wendy Williams smash hit, Ritz Harper Goes to Hollywood! (PocketBooks/Karen Hunter Publishing) and is a member of The Authors Guild. She earned a B.S. in Journalism from Rust College; and M.S. in journalism with honors from Iowa State University. |
