David is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and was introduced to the Broadcasting industry at Kent State University. He is also a graduate of the Illinois Center for Broadcasting. David got his start working at WSBC radio in Chicago.

When David Martin is not anchoring the news on WVON Monday through Friday from 6am - 12:30 pm, he also hosts a weekly Internet show called 4X4 on watch312.com. David is well known for his high energy and his love for politics.
